
The Order Process
As we are a small business, we operate on a pre-order system for most of our furniture. This means we don't keep a large inventory of all furniture pieces in stock. Instead, we produce and deliver items within 8-12 weeks of receiving an order, allowing us to reduce our manufacturing and storage footprint.
Why do we do this?
We're a new, family-run business, and while we strive to keep items readily available for you, sometimes waiting just a bit longer can help you, the customer, save costs.

Each of our items is meticulously curated, crafted in Indonesia by our highly skilled artisans proficient in working with materials like teak and rattan. Prior to dispatch, we rigorously inspect every piece to ensure it meets our standards.

We recognise the importance of seeing items before making a purchase. Hence, our sales team is readily available to provide additional images and videos upon request.
